The trip to Chinchon was highly organized which obviously afforded you to have a relaxed air when talking to the members – something they very much appreciated. You took us out of the hustle a bustle of Madrid and really set the tone for the rest of the limited time there. The relaxed nature of the afternoon tasting wines and nibbling on local cuisine further allowed complete strangers seated with each other to communicate and develop bonds which had not previously existed. As yourself Genevieve, Borja (the sommelier) was an excellent communicator and injected lightheartedness into the proceedings which further made everyone feel at ease.
